Opticis' GaAs PIN PD shows low capacitance and dark current, in spite of large active area. In case of coupling with SMF, MMF and POF, the device has large optical alignment tolerance.
The device is also applicable to multi-channel data communication.
Various diameters of PDs, as well as Flip-chip versions, are available on request.
